Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of ReelForgeX (“the App”), a desktop application for Windows. By installing or using the App you agree to these terms.

1. What the App does

The App helps you turn videos you provide into short vertical clips that follow a brand brief, checks the clips against the brief, and publishes them to social media accounts you connect — such as YouTube and TikTok — through each platform’s official API, only when you explicitly start a publication.

2. License

You may download, install and use the App free of charge for personal and commercial clipping work. You may not resell the App, remove its notices, or use it to break the law or any platform’s rules.

3. Your accounts and content

• You connect your own accounts with your own credentials, and you are responsible for activity on them.
• You must own or have permission to use every video, image, sound and text you process or publish with the App, and you are responsible for compliance with brand briefs and campaign terms.
• You must follow the terms and community guidelines of every platform you publish to, including the TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Community Guidelines, TikTok Branded Content Policy and the YouTube Terms of Service.
• You choose what is published, where, and with which visibility. Nothing is published without your action.

4. Third-party services

The App relies on third-party services you choose (for example Google Gemini, YouTube, Google Drive, TikTok). Their availability, limits and terms are controlled by their providers. Your use of those services is subject to their terms.

5. Automated checks

The App’s rule parsing and clip checks use automated analysis and may be incomplete or wrong. They do not replace your own review. Always watch a clip before publishing it.

6. No warranty

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee that clips will be accepted by a brand or platform, or that the App will be error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, loss of data, loss of income or account restrictions resulting from use of the App.

8. Privacy

How the App handles data is described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes and termination

We may update the App and these terms. You can stop using the App at any time by disconnecting your accounts and uninstalling it.
